Hampton Court Palace reopened 20th May 2021

Hampton Court Palace, one of five historical palaces maintained by Historic Royal Palaces reopened to the public on 20th May 2021, with the exception of the maze. Tickets can be booked (in advance) at:

https://www.hrp.org.uk/hampton-court-palace/visit/tickets-and-prices/

with prices from £25.30 for an adult and child (5-15 years) at £12.60 (under 5's free entry). Family saver tickets are also available. UK taxpayers who pay a slightly higher rate are entitled to offset this against their personal tax bill.

Best known as holding the court of Henry VIII (of six wives fame) in late 15th and early 16th Centuries, Hampton Court Palace is a vast Tudor palace with 1390 rooms, a royal artwork collection, impressive formal gardens (24 hectares / 60 acres) and park-like grounds (750 acres / 304 hectares) on the banks of the River Thames.

The site is located in the South West part of London, an approximate 1 hour 10 car journey (Uber / black cab) or 1 hour train ride (Waterloo Station to Hampton Court station) from central London.
